Video shows a latino landscaper being arrested by Border Patrol with his truck and equipment being left on street

Border Patrol and ICE is back at it again, arresting random latino people on the street with no warrant, and no probable cause that they are illegal immigrants. This time, a male latino landscaper was arrested on November 15, 2025 in Charlotte, NC while on the job. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

The man was working for his landscaping business when Border Patrol saw him and randomly targeted him based off of the fact that he was latino. The man had a blower on his back, Border Patrol agents are seen throwing the man down on the ground and arresting him.

In the video, you can see the man had his truck with him, along with heavy duty lawn equipment such as commercial riding zero turn mowers, weed trimmers, and edgers.

The man was taken to a Border Patrol unmarked van and sent to a temporary pop up detention center in Charlotte. The man’s equipment and truck were left on the street.
