Arkansas State Police Trooper Anthony Goins tried to pull over a red BMW vehicle due to expired tags.
The BMW stalls to stop and then finally stops in the middle of the street. Trooper Goins walks towards the BMW, but the BMW speeds off down the road.
The trooper runs back to his vehicle to chase the suspect. The BMW turns down a road and is never seen again. See more high speed chases here.
