Good Friday murder in Charlotte right before Easter
A victim died during a Good Friday April 18, 2025 homicide on Cherrycrest Lane Charlotte, NC just as Americans are preparing for the Easter holiday.
Shortly after 7:50 a.m., officers responded to a welfare check 911 call. Upon arrival, officers discovered a victim with a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
