Kashawn Johnson, 18, was shot on May 14, 2022, he died the next day in Charlotte, NC, marking 2 teenage homicides in one day.
Kashawn was shot on Beech Crest Place around 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers located Kashawn suffering from a gunshot wound. Medic arrived and transported the victim to Atrium Main Hospital with life threatening injuries.
However, on May 15, 2022, Kashawn succumbed to his injuries sustained in this assault and was pronounced deceased by medical staff. Jaavion Blackmon, 18, was savagely murdered on May 15, 2022.
