On January 17, 2024, at 4:48 p.m., Daunte Palmer, 17, was killed during a car collision on W.T. Harris Blvd. Charlotte, NC.
The preliminary investigation indicates an Infiniti vehicle was traveling on W.T. Harris Boulevard when it struck a BMW. The impact of that collision caused the BMW to hit a Ford vehicle, driven by Daunte.
Daunte then lost control and struck a tree.
All of the vehicles were left with extensive damage. The Charlotte Fire Department and medics responded to the scene.
Medics pronounced Daunte deceased on scene.
