14-year-old Deandra Clay-Staples was found dead on Jan. 11, 2025 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The girl was shot and killed at an apartment complex. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Deandra was last seen living her home with friends on foot on January 10, 2025 while it was snowing. It is not known if Deandra was spending the night some where.

Deandra’s dead body was found by a random person. Deandra’s lips were purple and her body was nearly frozen. This case is deemed a murder.
Deandra was an avid dancer. She was on the high school dance team and the step team. She was just a freshman in high school.
