A barrage of bullets were fired into a house, a young child was shot and killed
Detectives have charged Jacob Lanier, 21, with the murder of 3-year-old Asiah Figueroa. Jacob was arrested on September 10, 2021 in Charlotte, NC.
Asiah was shot and killed on September 7, 2021 on Richard Rozzelle Dr. Charlotte, NC around 11:50 p.m. in a drive by shooting.
Several men pulled up to a residence and fired 150 shots with high powered guns into the home.
3 days later Jacob was charged with murder, eight counts of attempted murder, nine counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling and conspiracy to commit murder.
