Joshua McClain, 26, is charged with the murder of 43-year-old Lamar McNeil. As a result of continued investigation, detectives identified McClain as a suspect, and warrants were issued for his arrest on March 12, 2020.
Lamar was shot and killed at apartments in Charlotte, NC on March 10, 2020. Lamar was shot on Wit Way Road inside of the Aspen Charlotte Apartments. Emergency paramedics rushed Lamar to the hospital where he died from his gunshot wounds.
