Lamar McNeil, 43, was shot and killed at apartments in Charlotte, NC on March 10, 2020. Lamar was shot on Wit Way inside of the Aspen Charlotte Apartments.
A 911 emergency call was made after the shooting and authorities located Lamar shot. Paramedics rushed Lamar to a nearby hospital where he died.
