Montrez McCoy, 28, was arrested on December 18, 2023 charged with the murder of Damario Moore, 26, in Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Damario was shot and killed on November 12, 2023 on Seigle Avenue at 2:00 a.m., during a triple shooting.
Paramedics arrived and took the 3 shot victims to the hospital.
Damario was pronounced deceased at the hospital. The other two victims survived.
Montrez was arrested over a month later charged with murder, 2 counts of attempted murder, 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
