REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER DIES IN CHARLOTTE, HAD FISH FRY AT CELEBRATION OF LIFE EVENTS

Emmanuel died from unknown causes, no foul play is suspected. An official death analysis will be conducted. Emmanuel spent time in prison for being a registered sex offender and failing to update his address and contact information.

A pretty woman had sexual relations with a teen in Charlotte and had to register as a sex offender

Emmanuel’s funeral was on March 6th. Fish fries and cookouts were had to celebrate Emmanuel’s life. He leaves behind a son, family, and friends.
