Jamie Williams, 25, is charged with the murder of 32-year-old Kevion Harris. The victim was shot and killed on November 23, 2021 in Rock Hill, SC. But, Jamie and Kevion had a history of shooting at each other. On Saturday May 1, 2021, Kevion and Jamie were in a shoot-out with each other at Carolina Place Mall near Charlotte, NC.
Kevion was murdered at 2:30 a.m., he was shot on Coronet Court near apartments. Several shots were fired and Kevion was hit. Kevion died on site.
MALL SHOOTING
In May 2021 Kevion and Jamie got into a shoot out with each other at Carolina Place Mall in Pineville, NC. Words were exchanged between the 2 men and they both began shooting. Both Jamie and Kevion were shot and were hospitalized.
Several shots were fired. The shots inside Carolina Place Mall sent mall staff and customers running to the nearest exit.
Kids were seen screaming and clinging to their parents. A flurry of 911 calls were made. Police responded to the shooting and immediately evacuated the mall and searched for any victims.
A man was killed at Carolina Place Mall during a shooting in 2019.
On March 20, 2021 there was a violent shooting at North Lake Mall in Charlotte, NC.
On December 24, 2020 Christmas Eve there was an armed suspect at Carolina Place Mall.
A shooting broke out at the AMC movie theater inside Concord Mills mall too.
13-year-old Avenanna Propst was shot and killed at Concord Mills Mall in a violent riot.
