The Popeyes manager was not knowledgeable about day to day operations of the establishment, such as when items were prepared, why equipment wasn’t properly functioning/how long it had not been working.
The manager was not able to answer questions related to food borne disease and not able to locate written policies/procedures related to day-to-day operations.
The manager also touched their hair, face, and other body parts and didn’t wash hands after the fact.

A black buildup was inside of the ice machine. There was also a buildup inside of the drink dispenser nozzles.
Heavy food debris and buildup were in the microwaves.
The Popeyes employees and manager had no protective head coverings or beard guards.
The in use utensils were stored in water with lots of food residue. A heavy build up of grease deposits were on fryers and shelving in the kitchen.
