POLICE DOG MISSING AFTER BEING SCARED OFF BY FIREWORKS, WOOF WOOF

Fireworks sent a police dog running into the night on the 4th of July holiday. The dog still hasn’t been found.

A Cabarrus County K-9 went running at the sound of fireworks on the 4th of July holiday in
North Carolina. The dog hasn’t been seen since. Police dogs are expensive.

The dog’s name is Igor. Its handler took the dog outside after 9pm on Independence Day to urinate. Igor was not on a leash.

While outside, fireworks exploded, causing Igor to run off into the star studded night. Igor was last seen on Oregon Street, Kannapolis, NC.

Igor is trained as an explosives detection K-9.

Igor is not trained to bite. The dog was last seen wearing a silver chain collar, and has an implanted microchip ID.
