Immigration arrests in Charlotte, NC continue to rise, as of November 19, 2025 more than 250 people have been arrested by Border Patrol and ICE in Charlotte during vast raids of restaurants, churches, construction sites, various latino trailer parks, apartments, and many other places. The invasion began when Donald Trump ordered that Border Patrol and ICE engage in a mass deportation sweep across the USA. The Supreme Court also ruled that Border Patrol and ICE agents can stop and detain anyone that they suspect is in the U.S.A. illegally, which is a clear violation of the 4th Amendment.

Border Patrol and ICE have also have expanded enforcement operations to Raleigh, Concord, Huntersville, Asheville, Wadesboro, Hickory, Newton, and other areas of North Carolina.
