A victim died after being hit by a train, the victim was just sitting on the tracks
On October 20, 2025 Kenneth Marsh, 60, was killed after being hit by a CSX train on Central Ave. Charlotte, NC. The train strike was at 10 a.m.
The CSX freight train was traveling when Kenneth was on the tracks just sitting there. The train blew the horn and attempted to stop but the train collided with the victim head on.
The victim died on impact. There were no injuries to the train crew.
