On September 9, 2025 a victim died in a wreck on Interstate 77 near Wilkinson Blvd. and Remount Rd. in Charlotte, NC.
The crash involved vehicles colliding around 10 p.m. One victim was killed in the fatal collision. I-77 was shut down in the area for a few hours.
The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
