61-year-old Donna Howard was murdered on June 25, 2022 in Charlotte, NC. Donna was shot and killed on the same day as her son’s funeral. Donna’s son is Swane Howard, 23, he died on June 12, 2022 in Charlotte, NC.
Swane was found dead at apartments near North Sharon Amity Road. The circumstances surrounding Swane’s death are still being evaluated, but it has not been ruled a murder.
On the day of her son’s funeral, Donna was shot and killed on Dinglewood Ave. at 2 a.m. on June 25, 2022. Donna was shot by unknown suspects. She was discovered lying in the street by emergency responders.
Donna was pronounced deceased on scene. No arrests have been made in either case.
