Court documents say Gabriela and her student at South Meck High School were caught in the act of having sex by the student’s mom at a park inside a car on Park Road in Charlotte on November 29, 2023.
The mother grew suspicious when her son was not at rugby practice. The Life360 app, notified her of her son’s location at a park. The mom tracked her son’s location to the park and saw Gabriela and her son having sex in a car, prosecutors say.
The mom took photos and confronted the suspect. Court documents allege that Gabriela had sex at least five times since October 2023 with the student inside the student’s home, car, and even at Gabriela’s home.
Gabriela was arrested on 5 counts of sex with a student. Gabriela is a recent graduate of Appalachian State University.
