Another motorcyclist is dead after a crash with a school bus in Charlotte
A man on a motorcycle died in a crash with a school bus on September 25, 2026 in Charlotte, NC on the busy dangerous I-485. Motorcycle crashes are increasing in Charlotte.
At 7 a.m. the man was driving a motorcycle when he changed lanes and clipped the back of the school bus. The impact sent the man’s motorcycle into a frenzy and he was ejected and landed on the highway.
The accident was near the Harrisburg Road exit. The man died on scene. No students were on the bus at the time of the crash.
Last week a school bus caught fire in Charlotte with kids aboard.
