On March 18, 2023 Daniel Henry, 41, was killed on North Tryon Street Charlotte, NC in a vehicle collision.
The wreck was at 10:01 p.m., Daniel was crossing North Tryon St. near W. 15th St., he was not in a crosswalk and was wearing dark clothing.
As Daniel was crossing North Tryon St., a Hyundai vehicle collided with him. The vehicle pulled over immediately after the collision.
The Hyundai had front end damage. The collision knocked Daniel in the middle of the roadway. An ambulance transported Daniel to Atrium Health Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the Hyundai was not impaired and speed was not a factor.
