A homicide investigation is underway at apartments on Rachel Freeway Way Charlotte, NC. The murder was on July 22, 2024. Around 1:30 a.m. officers responded to a shots fired call. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim with a gunshot wound. EMS also responded and pronounced the victim deceased on scene.
