Jose Perez, 37, was arrested on October 4, 2020 charged with 13 felonies and two misdemeanors related to the sexual assault of a teenage girl that allegedly started when she was just 11 years old. The alleged sexual assaults were in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
Officials with the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office say Jose began abusing the girl in 2015 when she was 11, and the abuse continued for about five years.
Prosecutors say Jose abused the girl at multiple locations in Pennsylvania.
