On January 24, 2024 Santerius Allen, 32, was arrested charged with raping a young woman in Charlotte, NC.
On January 24th at 10:30 a.m. a woman’s home was broken into at a luxury residence on Chilvary Drive.
A suspect broke into the home and began to sexually assault the female victim in front of the woman’s child daughter. The little girl called police while her mother was being raped.
Officers responded to the breaking and entering 911 call. Upon arrival, officers heard screaming inside the house and immediately made entry. They encountered a male suspect and quickly took him into custody.
Upon further investigation, it was determined the suspect broke into the adult female victim’s home through a window and began sexually assaulting her. The child was not physically victimized by the suspect.
Santerius was arrested charged with felony breaking and entering, 1st degree kidnapping, 2nd degree rape, 2nd degree sex offense, sexual battery and assault on a female.
