On Christmas Eve Wilmer was shot and killed at the Marriott Hotel on Rexford Road.The holiday shooting occurred around 4 a.m. 911 was called after the shots were fired and Wilmer was transported to an hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Wilmer was from Virginia.
Hours later on the same day Danny was arrested and charged with the murder of Wilmer. It appears that Danny was from Virginia as well.
There is no indication as to what led to the shooting.
