The altercation stems from an argument on September 22, 2026. Cody and Sandra were arguing about sex. The incident rose to violence and Cody is accused of strangling Sandra.
Sandra went unconscious. An ambulance arrived and took Sandra to the hospital. Sandra struggled in the hospital for 8 days. On October 1, 2026 Sandra died from complications from the assault.
Cody was arrested charged with murder.
