Amy Beaver admitted to having a few drinks. She allegedly had a 0.11 blood alcohol content
Amy Beaver was arrested on May 3, 2025 accused of DWI. Amy blew a 0.11 on a breathalyzer test in Davidson, NC, according to authorities. Amy works in the healthcare field as a radiographer at a hospital. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Amy was driving a Jeep at 2 a.m. when she was driving too fast in a traffic circle and crashed. Her Jeep became disabled. Cops arrived on scene and found the Jeep perpendicular in the roadway in the middle of the traffic circle at the intersection of Concord Rd and Davidson-Concord Rd.
The vehicle had sustained heavy front end damage and appeared to come into contact with a large
boulder placed inside of the traffic circle. Tire marks in the grass indicated that the vehicle drove through
the traffic circle.
Amy stated that she had just come from a friend’s house. Amy did not even recall how she got into the traffic circle, but advised she was going too fast.
Amy admitted that she consumed a few beers. Cops say they smelled a moderate odor of alcohol emitting from Amy’s mouth.
Amy performed intoxication tests, and she showed signs of being drunk. On a Intoxilyzer examination Amy had a 0.11 blood alcohol content, which is over the legal limit. Amy was then arrested charged with DWI.
