Chelsea was pulled over on Juneteenth weekend. Police came to her vehicle and saw possible signs of impairment. Chelsea blew a 0.17 alcohol percentage during a breathalyzer test.
The owner of the Braid Barbie business was also arrested after a man died in a car crash.
Chelsea was arrested charged with DWI.
