A youth league football coach identified as Darryl Hornes died on July 30, 2026 in Charlotte, NC. Money is being raised on a Go Fund Me account to help with his kids future and funeral costs.
At the moment little is known about how Darryl died and the cause of death. Darryl leaves behind kids, youth league mentees, family, and friends. Darryl had 5 kids.
An investigation is underway, but it is too early to know if any criminal actions were taken that resulted in Darryl’s death.
