FOOTBALL COACH MURDERED IN LATE NIGHT SHOOTING

On September 23, 2022 Ralph Hammond was murdered during a wild shooting in Charlotte, NC. Ralph coached football at Mallard Creek High School in Charlotte, he inspired many.

Ralph was shot and killed on Deaton Hill Drive. The victim was shot near a residence and died on the scene at 11 p.m.

The case is still being actively investigated. No suspects have been apprehended. Ralph coached many great football players at Mallard Creek High School. Ralph was a father figure to many athletes.

Some of the players Ralph coached even went on to play at major Division 1 colleges.
