A few AKA sorority members have died recently, Yvonne Pettis is one of them and her birthday was on Valentine’s Day
Yvonne Pettis, 83, died 3 days before her birthday on February 11, 2026. Yvonne’s birthday was on Valentines Day February 14th. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Yvonne had medical complications for years, she even had surgeries from time to time to remedy a few medical problems.
But sadly she died 3 days before her Valentine’s Day birthday. Yvonne was in the FBI for years until she retired. Yvonne also spoke at seminars with new college graduates that were just starting their careers.
Yvonne was in the AKA sorority. A vast number of AKA sorority members have died recently.
No foul play is suspected in the woman’s death. AKA sorority members usually have special funerals where sorority members wear all white and gather in a circle saying something to the effect of “beyond the ivory wall”
