Rudolph was shot and killed inside a home on Firestreak Drive during a domestic violence situation.
Officers responded to a domestic violence assault with a deadly weapon 911 call. Upon arrival, officers discovered Rudolph with a gunshot wound. Medic pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
No arrests have been made, but the shooter remained at the scene, charges will be decided by the District Attorney if it is determined the shooter did not act in self defense.
