15-year-old Celeste Rivas was found dead in the trunk of the Tesla of rapper D4VD
Celeste Rivas, 15, was found dead in the trunk of a Tesla car on September 8, 2025 in Hollywood Hills, CA. The Tesla belonged to popular rapper D4VD. Celeste had been missing since April 2024 from Lake Elsinore, California. D4VD’s real name is David Anthony Burke.
The Tesla was abandoned in a neighborhood for months. D4vd had not driven the Tesla in over a year.
The Tesla was towed from the neighborhood to a tow yard on September 8, 2025 and on the same day workers at the impound company called police due to the smell of a dead body in the car. It is very common for teen girls to turn up dead.
Cops arrived and opened the trunk to the Tesla and found Celeste dead and decomposed. Celeste was found in a bag in the front trunk, her body was cut up.
D4vd was on tour in Minneapolis at the time Celeste was discovered. Celeste and D4vd knew each other, as they spent time together and took pictures with each other.
No suspects or persons of interest have been named, but this case is being labeled as a homicide.
