Scott Waybright, 58, works for Charlotte Country Day School in Charlotte, NC, he holds the position of Assistant Head of School. Scott was arrested on December 6, 2024. This is the second employee at the school to be arrested this month.

After further investigation, Scott was arrested charged with possessing a photographic image obtained in violation of the peeping statute and secretly using a photographic imaging device to view another’s body or undergarments.
