A white sedan drove into the QuikTrip gas station on December 22, 2023 on The Plaza Rd. Charlotte, NC. QuikTrip gas stations are very busy with a high customer presence.
At 10:30 p.m. the vehicle drove into the building and drove up into a glass window. There were minor injuries. Some customers were cut by shards of glass.
The crash set off the fire alarm at the business. It is not clear what led to the crash, and it is not known if the driver will be arrested.
