Javier Concepcion-Perez, 20, is charged with the May 1, 2019 murder of Donqwavias Davis, 22. Javier is accused shooting Donqwavias to death in the pool area of the University Village apartments on University Village Boulevard, Charlotte, NC.
As a result of continued investigation into this case Javier was identified as a suspect. Javier was arrested on May 4 with assistance from the US Secret Service.
Javier is charged with Firearm by Felon and Murder.
