ARREST MADE AFTER MAN SHOT AND KILLED IN VEHICLE

Angelo Pozo, 30, is charged with the February 15, 2022 murder of 27-year-old Adam Bittle. The murder was in Charlotte, NC on Lasalle Street. Angelo was arrested on February 16, 2022.

The SWAT team located Angelo inside his residence, he was arrested and charged with 1st degree murder, shooting into an occupied dwelling, shooting into occupied vehicle, and assault with a deadly weapon intention to kill.

Adam was in his vehicle when a suspect shot him multiple times. The shots got the attention of many people nearby and 911 was immediately called. Officers responded to the scene and located Adam dead with blood stains on the car seats.
