ADULT MAN ARRESTED, ACCUSED OF MURDERING TEEN RAPPER

22-year-old Daniel Wheeler was arrested on January 15, 2025 charged with the murder of 18-year-old Jordyn Campbell in Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Jordyn was murdered on December 29, 2024 at apartments on Nobles Avenue Charlotte, NC.

At 1:00 p.m., Jordyn was shot and killed in the parking lot of the apartments. A vehicle drove by and fired several shots hitting Jordan.

The victim died on scene. Daniel was arrested 2 weeks later charged with Jordyn’s murder. Jordyn was a local rapper in Charlotte.

A number of teenagers have been murdered in Charlotte, there are constant shootings and acts of violence among teens.
