A old man allegedly asked a black teen boy for a sex act in a truck
Charles Lutrick, 87, was arrested on September 27, 2024 accused of asking a 15-year-old black male for a sex act in the Southside Homes community near Baltimore Ave. Charlotte, NC.
The alleged encounter was on September 25, 2024 at 2:15 p.m. Charles was driving a dark colored SUV and allegedly drove up to the victim as he was walking down the street. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram now.
Charles is accused of asking the teen to suck hit private areas. The teen refuses. The teen then videoed a portion of the encounter of the man continuing to verbally sexually harass him.
As observed on the video footage, the suspect is accused of telling the teenager to allow him to perform a below the waist oral sexual favor.

The suspect follows up with the statement, “You’ll love it.”, according to prosecutors. The teenager walks away from the suspect’s vehicle and captures a picture of the suspect’s license plate.
The teen victim called police and gave them the video.
Charles was positively identified as the suspect in the video footage, police say. Cops responded to Charles’s residence and arrested him. Charles has a wife and adult children.
Charles was arrested charged with indecent liberties with children.
