Jesus, Gilberto, and Jose were on a scaffold 8 stories high, at an estimated height of 70 feet. The men were working on an apartment construction site.
Suddenly the scaffold collapsed while the men were on it. The scaffold then dropped down to the ground from high up. The victims screamed as they fell, but they had nothing to grab onto.
The 3 men died on impact. Video shows the tragic encounter.
2 more construction workers were hurt and taken to the hospital, but those 2 survived.
Jesus had a few children. Gilberto was from Mexico, he was set to retire soon.
