Brenice Gibson, 18, and a 15-year-old suspect have been charged with the murder of 17-year-old Andy Hernandez. The suspects are students at Harding High School and were arrested at the high school on June 8, 2022 in Charlotte, NC.
Andy was shot to death on June 4, 2022 on West Blvd. Charlotte, NC.
Officers responded to a shots fired call. Cops located Andy in a vehicle suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The vehicle had crashed into a tree. Medic arrived on scene but Andy was pronounced deceased.
Both teenage suspects have been charged with murder, attempted robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery.
