MOTHER DIES FROM FENTANYL AND COCAINE TOXICITY IN WEST CHARLOTTE, FOUND DECOMPOSED

New details reveal that Margaret Rosa, 28, died from cocaine and fentanyl toxicity. Margaret was found dead on Kohler Avenue Charlotte, NC on July 18, 2022. Margaret was a mother and had 3 kids ages 14, 10, and 5.

Margaret was reported missing by her family in July 2022. When Margaret was last seen, she told her sister that she was going to run some errands. As time went on, Margaret never came back. 

Margaret was found dead in a vehicle days later on July 18th in the parking lot of a housing complex on Kohler Ave. Margaret’s body was in an early state of decomposition. 

At the time of death, Margaret’s body nourishment was obese and she had black ink tattoos on her arms and chest.

Medical officials say that Margaret died from fentanyl and cocaine toxicity. Margaret had deadly amounts of cocaine and fentanyl in her blood.
