FENTANYL TOXICITY AND COCAINE OVERDOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANY DEATHS IN CHARLOTTE

A casual night can turn deadly real quick. Fentanyl, in all its forms, is the No. 1 drug being distributed in Charlotte, NC. The many people pictured here may of been killed by fentanyl or cocaine toxicity, some of them were killed by both drugs at the same time.

The most urgent threat to our communities, our kids, and our families are the Sinaloa Drug Cartel in Mexico and CJNG who are mass producing and supplying the fentanyl that is poisoning and killing Americans. Drug cartels have complete disregard for human life.

26-year-old Jerreka Campbell died from cocaine and fentanyl toxicity.

Fentanyl is produced in Mexico and then being illegally shipped to all parts of the United States. Fentanyl is commonly mixed with other drugs like marijuana, cocaine, or fake prescription drugs. The victim then uses the drugs and are not aware that deadly fentanyl is mixed in.

18-year-old Hailey Deickman took Percocet laced with fentanyl and died.

Gary White, 36, died in 2020 due to fentanyl toxicity, he had a fentanyl content of 14 ng/ml in his blood. He was found unresponsive by a friend, paramedics took him to the hospital and an oral endotracheal tube and defibrillator were used to save his life, but he still died. Sections of Gary’s lungs showed septal capillary vascular congestion during his autopsy.

And that is how an overdose occurs. It only takes two milligrams of fentanyl to kill a person. Two milligrams is the approximate size of a pencil lead. 

As U.S. overdose deaths reach a devastating new height, claiming a new victim every five minutes, the Drug Enforcement Administration has revealed a direct link between fentanyl related overdose deaths and the criminal drug networks in Mexico.

Many young adults are being exposed to illicit substances.

Sompian Clay, 29, died from fentanyl and cocaine toxicity on May 5, 2022 in Charlotte, NC.

María Esperanza Díaz, 26, died from fentanyl and cocaine toxicity in Charlotte, she had just come to the United States from Venezuela 2 days earlier.

Paris Collins, 25, died from fentanyl in a hotel room. 

Lameeka Calloway, 34, was found dead decomposed in a residence, it was determined that she died from fentanyl also. 

Even a police officer died from a fentanyl drug overdose, Officer De’Jon Packer, 24, with the San Jose Police Department died from fentanyl toxicity after attending a wild police party.

28-year-old Montayvia Smith was found asystole in a bathroom. Montayvia had cocaine and fentanyl metabolites in her blood. She died from fentanyl toxicity. 

Niyha Durham, 23, died from combined fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine toxicity. Niyha was a mother and she has an amazing singing voice. 

Up and coming rapper Cameron Henegan, 33, died from fentanyl and cocaine toxicity. Cameron was coughing up blood and vomit, he then collapsed next to his vehicle. 

29-year-old Demetri Covington had cocaine metabolites and cannabinoids in his blood. Medical officials say cocaine toxicity is a presumed cause of death for Demetri.

Andria Wakefield, 51, and Shasta Brown, 46, died from fentanyl and cocaine toxicity in Charlotte, NC.
