Skyahjah Espino died from fentanyl toxicity, she had older sisters that fought a lot
Skyahjah Espino, 16, died on September 23, 2024 in Charlotte, NC at Novant Hospital in Charlotte, NC. Her sisters Jahniya Espino and Armani Espino are known for getting into fights often. Hey you, yea you, follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Her family called EMS and an ambulance took Skyahjah to the hospital. A chest tube was stuck into her at the hospital along with a catheter tube in her private area to help her urinate.
Doctors performed a urine drug screen on Skyajah and she was positive for marijuana and fentanyl. She had 3.9 ng/mL of fentanyl in her system.
Skyahjah died two days later at the hospital on September 23, 2024. Skyahjah’s death was ruled fentanyl toxicity. Skyahjah’s sisters identified as Jahniya and Armani have gotten into many fights with each other.
Skyahjah was a student at Chambers High School, formerly known as Vance High School. She also attended Aspire Academy in Huntersville, NC at some point.
