The two were boyfriend and girlfriend. Gabriel shot and killed Celina, Gabriel then killed himself.
Video shows Celina screaming on a sidewalk, Gabriel can be heard yelling at her. Gabriel then shoots Celina in the head, killing her.
Gabriel then shoots himself twice via suicide. Celina and Gabriel both died on scene. Gabriel had been arrested within the last year for stalking another woman identified as his ex-girlfriend.
Celina worked in education and had been trying to breakup with Gabriel. Domestic violence amongst couples is rampant.
