IHOP HAD 4 ALIVE ROACHES DURING INSPECTION, SCORES 88.50 B

A Charlotte IHOP scored an 88.50 B on a food safety inspection on March 29, 2023. The IHOP is located at 8146 South Tryon St. Charlotte, NC. Click here to see the many Charlotte area restaurants that have had roaches or other insects.

A slice of cheese was sitting directly on the shelf inside the reach in cooler.

The health inspector saw 4 live roaches above and below the ice bin on the server line. There were dead bugs observed on the server line.

Food debris and accumulations were on pans that were stored as clean. Egg whites and hash browns were being cold held at unsafe temperatures above 41F.

Chicken and black forest ham were held past the disposal date.

The reach in coolers had dirty gaskets. 2 microwaves at IHOP had large amounts of build up and food debris.

Floors at the cook line were dirty and in need of cleaning.
