Frankie Chaparro, 33, was murdered on West Tyvola Road Charlotte, NC on December 19, 2023.
Frankie was shot at 2 a.m., inside a home. Officers responded to a check welfare call. Upon arrival, officers discovered Frankie shot. He was pronounced deceased on the scene.Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scene to conduct an investigation, and Crime Scene technicians responded to process the scene and collect physical evidence.
