The decedent was in his bedroom alone when a family member heard a loud noise. When the family members checked on Nicholas, he was found laying on his bed with a firearm present.
Nicholas had shot himself in the head with a 9 mm gun. No drug paraphernalia was identified at the scene. Paramedics responded to the residence and declared Nicholas dead.
