Kristopher Karolkiewicz, 47, killed his wife Amanda Karolkiewicz, 39, and there 6 children on July 24, 2026 in Grand Haven Township, Michigan. Four of the children were boys, ages 15, 12, 11, and 5; the two girls were both 11 years old. Two of the kids were adopted. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram
Kristopher was a Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the National American Heart Association since September 2023, but he was fired recently in July 2026.
With 6 kids and a wife Kristopher relied on his rich vice president job to provide for them. Kristopher decided death was the best way to handle not having a job.
Kristopher grabbed a gun and killed all 6 of his kids in his home while they were sleeping. Kristopher also killed his wife Amanda.
Kristopher then set fire to multiple areas in the house to make sure his family was dead, a few of the family pets were also killed in the fire. Kristopher then shot and killed himself via suicide.
Autopsies revealed that all eight members of the family died from gunshot wounds. Amanda was a school teacher in the Grand Haven Area Public Schools system.
