Johntavius Mccleary, 34, was arrested on July 3, 2026 on West Sugar Creek Road Charlotte, NC after a high speed chase with police. Johntavius is a man that wears women’s weave and clothing. Around midnight on July 3rd a 911 call was made regarding a suspicious vehicle in an alley on Azalea Ln. Cops arrived on scene and saw Johntavius on his knees in the alley with a man allegedly performing sexual acts, according to court documents.
This area is well known and documented in reference to drug use and prostitution. Cops yelled out to the 2 men and Johntavius is accused of entering a white in color Dodge Journey and speeding off.
CMPD cops are not suppose to engage in high speed chases due to public danger, but this cop engaged in a high speed chase with Johntavius anyway.
Johntavius was speeding down the road running red lights and making erratic movements cops say. Johntavius crashed on West Sugar Creek Rd at the cheap Motel 6.
Johntavius was arrested charged with fleeing and eluding. Johntavius was found to have a revoked license. Many men are seen dressed like women on West Sugar Creek, it is a nasty terrible area.
But the many men that are seen in wigs etc on the said street have also been to prison. Most of the men were not gay or into that cross dressing lifestyle before they went to prison. Hence most of the men were sexually assaulted graphically in prison so many times that eventually they became gay when they were released from prison.
Rape changes people. Prison is terrible, yet prison guards allow fights and rapes to occur. There is something called the Prison Rape Elimination Act but prison guards do not follow it, as rapes happen everyday in male and female prisons, also in some jails. A guard in the Mecklenburg County Jail even sexually assaulted a male inmate that wore pink wigs.
